Gov of Nepal and World Bank sign two agreements

Kathmandu, Nov 27: The government of Nepal and the World Bank signed two separate agreements today to improve employment services and labour market outcomes for Nepali youth and continue support for the government’s flagship School Sector Development Program.

On the occasion, Secretary at Ministry of Finance, Dr. Rajan Khanal said human capital development and creation of jobs within the county for youth is a top priority of the government.

Likewise, World Bank County Manager for Nepal, Faris H. Hadad-Zervos stated that Nepal’s development cab be truly unlocked by giving opportunities to children and youth assuring their access to quality education, skills and meaningful employment.
