Health Ministry prepares to administer two hundred thousand doses of anti-covid-19 vaccines every day
Nepal Government has been preparing to administer two hundred thousand doses of anti-covid-19 jabs to people every day.
The Ministry of Health and Population has said the necessary human resources, vaccines and vaccination centres have been managed for the extensive vaccination campaign.
Joint Spokesperson of the Ministry Dr Sameer Kumar Adhikari has claimed that the preparations for leading the vaccination campaign have been completed.
The cabinet meeting held on the 29th of November had decided to ensure free anti-covid-19 vaccines for all.
As per the update of the health ministry, 18 million 862 thousand people in Nepal have already received anti-covid-19 jabs. The government has targeted to vaccinate two-third of the country’s population by mid-January and all eligible citizens by mid-April.
