Mechi Chamber of Commerce and Industry to host International Trade and Tourism Festival from tomorrow

December 24: The Third International Industrial, Trade and Tourism Festival will commence at the Business Park at local Dhulabari bazaar from tomorrow.

There will be 200 business stalls of Nepal, India and Bangladesh in the festival. The festival is organized by Mechi Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Though  the main objective of the festival is to promote the trade and business of domestic agricultural goods, all kinds of industrial and business productions would be kept for exhibition and sale.

Activities would be run for tourism promotion as well, said Chamber president Rishi Timsina. Deputy Mayor of Mechinagar Municipality, Meena Upreti, said the festival is expected to contribute in an important way to the promotion of the Visit Nepal Year 2020 campaign as well besides the trade of exportable domestic agricultural products.

The festival will be organised till January 2.
