Prime Minister Oli’s health improving gradually

Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli’s health is making a notable improvement with the wound from the appendicitis surgery on him healing gradually.

Doctors involved in the Prime Ministers’ treatment said the Prime Minister’s overall health condition including his kidney is good.

According to Executive Director of Manmohan Cardiothoracic Vascular and Transplant Center, Prof Dr Uttam Krishna Shrestha, there has been a significant improvement in the Prime Minister’s health; the cut resulting from the surgery is healing.

The Prime Minister underwent surgery for appendicitis at the Center on November 26. According to doctors, it takes time for the wound to heal in people who have undergone organ transplant.

Prime Minister Oli through a video conference from the Center’s Intensive Care Unit  on Monday said that he could stand and talk, chat with friends and watch news.
