Butwal, July 6: Minister for Foreign Affairs, Pradeep Kumar Gyawali, has said the government has been successful in creating a ‘base for prosperity’ in the first year of its establishment.
Speaking at a meeting with party’s leading cadres organised by the CPN Butwal Sub Metropolis Committee today, Minister Gyawali said the government succeeded in enacting laws to establish people’s fundamental rights and all the local governments are operating actively, therefore federalism is in the position of moving ahead independently.
Stating prosperity was the major mission of the government, he further said the government has both opportunities and responsibilities to address people’s expectations.
Saying a dillydallying in the working culture in bureaucracy remained as a hurdle in the pace of government’s performance, he said the incumbent government will complete the historic mandate at any cost. (RSS)
