Chitwan, April 21: Nepal Communist Party chairperson Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ has said party unification process is reaching the final stage.
Speaking at a programme organised in the capital on the occasion of the 70th establishment day of the NCP by the party State 3 organisation committee he said “A Secretariat meeting scheduled today evening will conclude all remaining tasks of the unification.
Likewise, stating that the unification took place as per a national need and wishes of communist leaders, cadres and well-wishers, Deputy Prime Minister and Defense Minister Ishwar Pokharel urged the need for all party leaders and cadres to contribute their efforts to make the party strong from the grassroots.
Meanwhile, the Nepal Communist Party Central Secretariat meeting is being held at the PM’s official residence at Baluwatar. The meeting is dwelling upon the issues of the party unification and programmes of marking the 70th anniversary of the party’s establishment.
