Nepali sky is safe: Tourism Minister

September 30, Kathmandu: Minister for Culture, Tourism, and Civil Aviation Jeevan Ram Shrestha has claimed that the Nepali sky is safe.

Addressing to the 41st general assembly of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) in Montreal city of Canada on Wednesday, Minister Shrestha shared that Nepal had made remarkable progress in aviation safety as per the ICAO-determined standards and recommendations.

Tourism Minister Shrestha claims that Nepali sky is safe as the country has gained higher scores on aviation safety in comparison to the global standards.

He reiterated Nepal government’s commitment to make the aviation sector secured, reliable, and qualitative.
