Cold increases across the country including Kathmandu

Kathmandu – The Kathmandu Valley has witnessed increased days since the last couple of days with the dip in the temperature. Cold has also increased in different parts of the country.

The Meteorological Forecasting Division said the Kathmandu Valley recorded a minimum temperature of 10 degree Celsius on Saturday.

On Sunday, Kathmandu valley has recorded the lowest temperature since the onset of the winter season this year. Sunday’s minimum temperature was recorded at 9 degree Celsius

Likewise, Jumla witnessed the lowest temperature of minus two degree Celsius on Saturday.

Meteorologist Pratibha Manandhar said that the entire country would witness continuous fall in mercury in the days ahead.
