All mountains including Everest safe to climb: Minister Bhattarai

Kathmandu, August 14: A taskforce formed to study the latest problems on Mountain Tourism Sector, has submitted its report to the Minister of culture, tourism and Civil Aviation, Yogesh Bhattarai.

Receiving the report today, Minster Bhattarai said new mountaineering standard will be set as per the suggestion of the report.

Saying all the mountains including Everest are safe to climb, the minister informed that code of conduct and standard for making mountaineering safer and more organized will be strictly implemented.
