Kathmandu, June 27: PM K P Sharma Oli has urged the Honorary Consuls Generals to work for inviting foreign direct investment in the country.
During a meeting with the Nepali Honorary Consuls Generals in various countries at PM’s official resident in Baluwatar today, PM Oli assured of Nepal government’s help at the time of difficulties to the Nepalese staying abroad and Nepal Government expect helps from them as well.
Meantime, the PM thanked the friendly countries for their supports in realizing the campaign of Happy Nepalese and Prosperous Nepal.
PM’s Foreign Affairs Advisor Dr Rajan Bhattari said that the PM held discussions with the Honorary Counsels Generals regarding their possible roles in the pretext that the government wants to boost bilateral trade with various counties and invite foreign direct investments.
Similarly discussions were held regarding how tourists can be invited in the country during Visit Nepal year 2020.
