Gothatar shooting victim dies

September 20, Kathmandu: Lal Mohammad, who was seriously injured in a shootout that took place in Gothatar of Kageshwari Manohara Municipality-8, Kathmandu has died during treatment.

The 55-year-old was a resident of Hariwan Municipality-2 of Sarlahi and he was shot by a group of assailants on Monday evening.

Mohammad, who was taken to TU Teaching Hospital Maharajganj after being shot in the head and thigh, died during treatment, District Police Range Kathmandu Spokesperson, Superintendent of Police Dineshraj Mainali said.
