President Bhandari attends cultural program on girl child
August 27, Kathmandu: President Bidya Devi Bhandari on Friday attended a cultural program organized by Sisnupani Nepal at Nepal Academy.
The Daughter Programme (Chhori ) was organized by aiming at empowering daughters and women.On the occasion, artists made their performances depicting the importance of daughters in the society. During the program, the President observed the musical and cultural shows that highlighted the roles of daughters and women in the society.
The Program was attended by politicians, security officials, women activists, artists, and others.
