Cricket stadium won’t be in limbo:Sports Minister Maheshwor Jung Gahatraj

January 28, Kathmandu: Minister for Youth and Sports Maheshwor Jung Gahatraj has committed to developing the Gautam Buddha International Cricket Stadium adding that the ongoing construction works will not be left in limbo.

At an interaction programme organised on Thursday in regard to the construction of the Gautam Buddha International Cricket Stadium, Minister Gahatraj pledged to continue this task since it was the project of the national pride.

Saying Nepal lacks a stadium to organise international-level tournaments, Gahatraj added that the stalled stadium would be advanced after fixing a modality for its management.

On the occasion, Minister Gahatraj said the local people’s concern is needed to complete the construction of the stadium.
