Deputy Prime Minister Ishor Pokharel says, government attempting to resolve issues in foreign employment

September 24, Kathmandu : Deputy Prime minister and Minister for Defense Ishor Pokharel has said the government is effortful to resolve the problems seen in the foreign employment sector.

Addressing the 27^th annual general convention of the Nepal Association of Foreign Employment in Kathmandu today, Minister Pokhareel urged all foreign employment professionals to come up with the solutions to resolve the existing problems in the sector.

He clarified that the government was ready to discuss with the professionals if the government’s policy provisions created obstacles in the foreign employment sector. Minister Pokharel further informed the government would stress on the consultation with the stake holders while formulating plans and policies.

On the occasion, Minister for Labour, Empolyment and Social security, Gokarna Bista expressed his commitment to correct the mistakes if found from the stake holders’ side. Minister Bista also made it clear that the government had no intention of troubling the foreign employment professionals.
