Govt. decides to test and treat symptomatic patients free of cost

Kathmandu: The government has decided to test and treat symptomatic coronavirus patients free of cost from government hospitals and laboratories across the country.

Talking to Radio Nepal, Minister for Foreign Affairs Pradeep Gyawali informed that the cabinet also decided to form a mechanism to import the vaccines against coronavirus that are being developed in different countries.

Respective secretary at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Health, and Ministry of Finance will be the members of the mechanism.

Similarly, the cabinet members have decided to donate 50 per cent of their remuneration of the year 2077 B.S to the Corona infection control and treatment fund.

Likewise, the cabinet also decided to form a mechanism having finance minister, industry ministry, and foreign affairs minister as members for establishing chemical fertilizer plants in Nepal.
