High Court Patan orders to include all applicants in Korean Language test

Kathmandu: High Court Patan has ordered to include all applicants in the Korean Language test.

A single bench of Justice Chandra Mani Gyawali ruled that all aspiring applicants should be allowed to fill up the exam forms and take the examination.

With this order, all aspiring applicants can fill out the form for the examination to work in the manufacturing sector of South Korea.

The EPS Office has barred the applicants who had applied for the shipbuilding sector from applying to the manufacturing sector in South Korea  

Eighteen persons had filed writ petitions in High Court Patan against the decision of the EPS Office.
