UAE sends 12th relief plane to Lebanon as part of ongoing aid campaign

October 22, Kathmandu: The UAE has sent its 12th plane to Lebanon, carrying 40 tonnes of relief supplies, including food, medical aid, and shelter equipment.

This shipment is part of the ongoing “UAE stands with Lebanon” campaign, launched on 8th October 2024, following the directives of President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, according to Emirates News Agency.

Sultan Mohammed Al Shamsi, Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs, highlighted the UAE’s commitment to supporting Lebanon during its humanitarian crisis.
