Trilateral agreement reached to provide loans of up to 2.5 million rupees for startups
Kathmandu: A trilateral agreement has been reached to provide loans of up to 2.5 million rupees for startups.
The Industrial Enterprise Development Institute, Rastriya Bank, and the Deposit & Credit Guarantee Fund signed the agreement today at the Ministry of Industry, Commerce, and Supplies.
On the occasion, Industry Minister Damodar Bhandari announced that the government has established a 1 billion rupee fund to support startup loans. He added that loans up to 2.5 million rupees would be issued with the startup or project as collateral.
