President Paudel certifies Bill on Investment Facilitation

Kathmandu: President Ramchandra Paudel has certified the Bill designed to amend some Nepal Acts related to investment facilitation, 2081 BS.

A statement issued by the Spokesperson of the Office of the President, Shailaja Regmi Bhattarai, states the bill passed by both houses of the federal parliament has been certified by President Paudel today as per Article 113 (2) of the Constitution.
