PM Oli addresses nation sharing key achievements of 100 days, says coalition is stronger than ever
October 23, Kathmandu: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has addressed the nation to share the major achievements the government made during the first 100 days.
In his address made from the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers in Singhadurbar on Wednesday, Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli said the government would remain intact.
Prime Minister Oli commented that rumours were being spread that the government would collapse, but it would not happen as the coalition partners were unified.
“We need the support of the administration to get the work done. Moreover, the bureaucracy has to perform to fulfil the priorities of the government and make positive changes in the lives of the citizens. The bureaucracy has become confused due to frequent changes in the government, employees are concerned regarding change rather than being concerned about work,” Prime Minister Oli said.
PM Oli said the government will have zero tolerance policy towards corruption.
The KP Sharma Oli-led government was formed following the alliance of CPN (UML), Nepali Congress, Janata Samajwadi Party and other political parties in the parliament.
In his address, the PM said that signs of improvements have been seen in the country’s economy, adding that impressive commitment was recorded in FDI too.
He also said that the share market was on the path to progress.
