Man allegedly axes his spouse to death in Kailali

Sudurpaschim: A man here allegedly killed his spouse with an axe on Friday night.

Dambar Bahadur Chunara of Dhungeni of Chure rural municipality-6 in Kailali murdered his spouse Hiradevi Chunra (47-year-old).

Sudurpachim Province Police said the woman was found dead with head cuts in the attacks. In the axe attack that took place at 10:30 pm, the woman died on the spot.

A squad from the Area Police Office, Faltude has already arrested the accused, and further investigation into the crime is underway.
