Shree Airlines begins commercial flights from Kathmandu to Bharatpur

Chitwan: Shree Airlines is beginning its services from Kathmandu to Bharatpur from tomorrow.

The airline has said that 80-seat aircraft (Q400-8) will fly to Bharatpur from Kathmandu beginning commercial flights on Friday. Corporate director of the company Anil Manandhar said they will begin chartered flights on Friday and will conduct regular flights from October 9.

There will be two regular flights daily starting October 9. Manandhar further shared that the aircraft will board only 50 to 60 passengers considering the short length of the runway at Bharatpur Airport.

The company has fixed 4,500 rupees as one one-way fare for the route. Before this, Buddha Airlines has been operating nine flights daily on the same route.
