Government recommends Chitra Lekha Yadhav as Nepal’s residential ambassador to Australia

Kathmandu: The government has recommended Chitra Lekha Yadhav of Siraha as Nepal’s residential ambassador to Australia.

Unveiling Monday’s cabinet meeting decisions in Singha Durbar today,government spokesperson and Communication Minister Prithivi Subba Gurung said the cabinet decided to recommend Yadhav as
ambassador to Australia for a four-year term.

Yadhav has also been designated as the non-residential ambassador to Fiji, Newzealand, Papuwaneguneas, Vanuatu, Tuvalu, Solomon Islands, Samoa, The Republic of Palau, Nauru, The Republic of the Marshall Islands, and The Kingdom of Tonga.

The cabinet also approved the high-level visits for various countries.
