Government to present policies and programs in federal parliament on May 14

Kathmandu, May 10: The government is to present its policies and programs in the federal parliament on the 14th of May.

Unveiling Thursday’s cabinet meeting decisions at Singhdurbar today, Communication Minister and government spokesperson Rekha Sharma said the government urged President Ram Chandra Poudel to present the policies and programs in the joint sittings of the federal parliament on Tuesday, the 14th of May.

The cabinet also requested the head of the state to address the joint sessions of the parliament, and for which all members are called for attendance.

The cabinet meeting also decided to accept 1.2 billion rupees assistance to be received through the World Wildlife Fund for global environment facility.
