Government decides to address cooperative-related problems by arranging legal provisions at earliest

Kathmandu: The government has decided to address the problems of the cooperative sectors by making immediate legal provisions.  

A cabinet meeting, held at the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers on Thursday, decided to ensure relevant laws at the earliest to solve the problems of the depositors of the cooperative.

Likewise, the government directed the concerned authorities to take effective measures for controlling the increasing forest fire and mitigating its effect across the nation.

Acting upon the Sub-section 23.1 of Section 23 of the Kathmandu Valley Development Authority Act, 2045, the cabinet also decided to appoint the Patan High Court Judge Sudarshan Dev Bhatta, as the Chairperson of the Appellate Committee.
