Health Ministry warns of action against health professionals if not found in working hour

Kathmandu, April, 20: The Health Ministry has warned of taking action against doctors and health workers who maintain attendance but do not stay and work in the office.  

Issuing a statement today, the Secretary at the Health Ministry, Madhusudhan Burlakoti said the doctors and health workers of public health institutions would face action if they were not found in the office during working hours.

The Ministry’s remark comes after it received public complaints regarding the absence of doctors and health workers during office hours.
