NA Chairperson meets Israeli Ambassador, discusses bilateral ties

April 10, Kathmandu: Israeli Ambassador to Nepal, Hanan Goder, paid a courtesy visit to National Assembly Chairperson Narayan Prasad Dahal at the latter’s office in Kathmandu to discuss bilateral relations and cooperation.

They highlighted Nepal’s support for peace in the Middle East and cooperation in multilateral forums like the United Nations, according to Dahal’s secretariat.

Chairperson Dahal expressed concern over the missing Nepali student Bipin Joshi and the safety of Nepali workers in Israel.

Ambassador Goder praised Nepal’s cultural richness and the success of programs like ‘Learn and Earn’.

He assured support for the families of Nepali victims and ongoing efforts to locate Bipin Joshi.
