NC to nominate candidate for Vice Chairman of National Assembly

Kathmandu: The Nepali Congress is to file candidacy for the post of Vice Chairman of the National Assembly.

Party Chief Whip Ramesh Lekhak said the Nepali Congress Parliamentary party working committee meeting held today decided to nominate a candidate from the party in the February 6 election to the post of vice chair of the upper house.

Leader Lekhak said the party decided to run for the post of vice chairman of the national assembly and would proceed after discussing with other parties.
