Int’l flights resume after fixing TIA server

Kathmandu: International flights have resumed after fixing the server at the TIA Immigration.

The international flights were affected due to a server down at Immigration of Tribhuvan International Airport today. General Manager at the airport, Premnath Thakur confirmed the resumption of international flights manually in a normal manner after resolving the technical issue.

The international flights could not be conducted earlier due to the server being down for one and a half hours, said General Manager Thakur. “The passengers for outgoing and incoming flights are affected. They are stranded where they are,” he added.

The airport office informed that Fly Dubai, Indigo Air India and other international airlines could not conduct flights following the server down.
