Nepal creates gaming history as DRS wins second position in PUBG Mobile Global Championship

January 9, Kathmandu: Nepal has created history in mobile gaming after its PUBG team, DRS Gaming, won the second position in the grand finals of the PUBG Mobile Global Championship held on Sunday.

DRS finished as runners-up with a total of 158 points. Turkish team S2G Sports won the grand finals of the championships held in Indonesia’s capital Jakarta from January 6 to 8.

DRS collected a cash prize of  United States Dollars (USD) 292,000 after finishing second in the finals.

T2K, the second Nepali team to qualify in the grand finals, finished 13th winning a cash prize of USD 132,500.
