Nepal to accept 2 hundred 75 million US dollar loan assistance provided by World Bank

September 13, Kathmandu: The Government has decided to accept 2 hundred 75 million US dollars easy loan assistance provided by the World Bank.

Unveiling the Cabinet decisions taken on Monday, Minister for Communications and Information technology also the  Government Spokesperson, Gyanendra Bahadur Karki said that the loan assistance will be used in transport and market promotion programs.

Likewise, the government had decided to form a talk team to accept 12 million US dollar loan assistance provided by the Asian Development Bank.

Meanwhile, the government had decided to approve the Social Security 2nd amendment Regulation 2079 and to permit the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to sign on agreement paper to establish Nepal-Romania bilateral consultation mechanism.
