PM Deuba underlines need for strengthening ruling alliance
Citawan: Prime Minister and Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba has said a grave plot was being hatched against the existing five-party political alliance.
Addressing a programme in Chitwan on Friday, the Prime Minister claimed that the party was taking its strength and there was no need to speak out against the alliance.

Stating that the NC got opportunities to lead the government just because of the alliance, he urged party leaders to recall the activities of the erstwhile government led by the CPN (UML).
Touching the reference to the MCC, the PM said the MCC endorsement would not provide any ground for the US army to come to Nepal.
PM Deuba further said the government was committed to holding federal and provincial assembly elections scheduled on November 20 in a free and fair environment.
