Top leaders of the Ruling coalition discuss seat allocation

August 23, Kathmandu: The meeting of the Ruling alliance has discussed seat allocation in the upcoming federal and provincial assembly elections.

Government spokesperson and Minister for Communications and Information Technology Gyanendra Bahadur Karki informed that during the meeting held at the Prime Minister’s Official Residence in Baluwatar on Monday, the discussion had reached near conclusion.

Nepali Congress Central Committee member Krishna Prasad Sitaula said the meeting centered on different subjects including 2018 election, result of local level election among others.

Present in the meeting were Prime Minister and Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba, CPN Maoist Center Chairman Puspa Kamal Dahal Prachanda, Unified Socialist Chairman Madhav Kumar Nepal, Janata Samajbadi Party Chairman Upendra Yadav among others.
