Government committed to making telecommunication services reliable and qualitative: Minister Karki

Kathmandu: Communication and Information Technology Minister Gyanendra Bahadur Karki reiterates the government’s commitment to making telecommunication services reliable and qualitative.

Inaugurating the 9th Central Council of the Nepal Telecommunication National Employees’ Association in Kathmandu today, Minister Karki expressed his concerns about the declining revenue of the institution.

He said the institution used to generate 17 billion rupees in revenue in earlier years but it shrank to 7 billion this year.

Vowing to do all possible from his side, Minister Karki said there was no alternative but to make the country prosperous within 10 years.
