Two civil servants from Auditor-General’s office retire

Kathmandu: Deputy Auditor General of the Office of the Auditor-General and Secretary of the Government of Nepal Ishwar Nepal and Baburam Gautam have retired. Nepal, who entered the civil service as an accounting officer, has retired at the age of 49.

The successful Deputy Auditor-General Nepal has been honourably discharged by the staff and others who have created the identity of an honest employee in the civil service. He has received various medals and awards for his services.

His contemporaries say that Nepal is known as an exemplary personality of the civil administration of Nepal, who is known for its punctuality, regularity, honest moral conduct, and simplicity.

Stating that he became emotional when he left his long-time profession, he said that he considered himself lucky to have the opportunity to serve the nation up to the policy level.

He also said that he would be active in the public sector after retirement and serve society as a common man.
