Health Ministry to designate only government hospitals to treat corona virus

February 11, Kathmandu: The Ministry of Health and Population has said  only the government hospitals will be  designated as corona treatment hospitals.

Addressing a press briefing at the Ministry on Wednesday,  Spokesperson at the Ministry, Prof. Dr. Jageshwor Gautam said the government had managed the treatment of the corona patients in government hospitals .

He also said from now on, the private labs could charge only 1000 Rupees for PCR tests as per the update in PCR test fees.

He also said the ministry would publish the priority groups for the second phase of anti-covid vaccination in its website saying the second phase would begin from upcoming Sunday.
