Covid-19 vaccination campaign’s first phase completing on Saturday

February 6,Kathmandu:  The Ministry of Health and Population has informed that the first phase of Covid-19 vaccination campaign is completing on Saturday.

The Ministry had informed  that 161 thousand 4 hundred and 86 people  got  vaccinated against covid-19 across 77 districts as of Friday.

Spokesperson at the Ministry of Health and Population Dr Jageshower Gautam said the vaccine was administered from altogether 201 vaccination center across the country.

Meanwhile,  Nepal’s corona virus recovery rate now stands at 98.5%.

As per the Ministry of Health and Population, out of more than 271 thousand 7 hundred infected people, more than 267 thousand 5 hundred have recovered from the infection.

As per the Ministry’s update, Nepal’s corona related death toll has now reached 2 thousand and 35 with the confirmation of 2 additional deaths.
