NCP standing committee assign Pradeep Gyawali as party spokesperson

Kathmandu: The Central Committee Meeting of Nepal Communist Party Chairman and prime minister KP Sharma Oli faction is now underway at the prime minister’s official residence in Baluwatar.

The meeting has assigned the role of party spokesperson to standing committee member Pradip Kumar Gyawali in place of Narayan Kaji Shrestha.

Prime Minister’s press advisor Surya Thapa said the meeting chaired by the prime minister and chairman Oli decided to add 5 hundred and 56 new central members in the existing 4 hundred and 46 central members taking to 11 hundred and 99 in total.

Three standing committee members Top Bahadur Rayamajhi, Mani Thapa, and Lekharaj Bhatta were also present in the meeting from the then Maoist faction.
