Prime Minister urges Prachanda to go to the polls together as the election will unite the party

Kathmandu: Chairman of the Communist Party of Nepal and Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has urged another chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda to keep the party united and join hands in the election.

During a discussion between the two chairs at the PM’s residence in Baluwatar on Sunday after the dissolution of the House of Representatives, Prime Minister Oli proposed to Prachanda to go to the polls together as the election would unite the party emotionally.

According to a standing committee member who participated in the discussion, Prime Minister Oli had urged the then CPN (UML) and the CPN (Maoist) to unite in the upcoming election.

According to a leader who participated in the discussion, Prime Minister Oli said that the upcoming election would help in uniting the party and strengthen the emotional unity.
