Leaders Nepal and Khanal stress on protecting Nepali territory
Janakuprdham, Nov. 9: Nepal Communist Party Senior leader Madav Kumar Nepal has said both governments of Nepal and India should be serious on addressing the boarder issues through talks and diplomatic channels.
Taking to journalists in Janakpurdham today, the leader Nepal said Nepal has plenty of historical data that proves Lipulekh and Kalapani belong to Nepal and there should not be any dispute on the matter. Leader Nepal further said hurting the sentiment of Nepalese is not good for India as well.
Likewise, Nepal Communist Party senior leader Jhananath Khanal has stressed on the need for protecting Nepali land.
Speaking at a program organized at Basantapur of Kathmandu today, leader Khanal said the encroachment of Nepali territory is intolerable to Nepal, saying India has no right to alter map unilaterally.
He further clarified that Nepal doesn’t need even an inch of Indian land and Nepal also doesn’t want to lose even an inch of its land.
