September 9, Kathmandu : Nepal Communist Party (NCP) chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ has stressed on the need of developing the party as a political force acceptable to all.
Addressing the memorial assembly commemorating the 21st death anniversary of martyr Suresh Wagle ‘Basu’, at the party office today.
Stating that the party leaders were becoming a bit more self-centred and individualistic of late, Chair Dahal directed the party cadres to be focused on making the party dedicated to the people’s service and acceptable to all.
Chair Dahal stressed that the martyrs dreams would be fulfilled in the real sense of the wordif the party could be made dedicated to the people.
Former Prime Minister and party senior leader Jhalanath Khanal said preparations are being made to conclude the party unity process at the earliest possible and the party would move forward with new resolution to fulfill the dreams of the martyrs.
Chief of the party’s publicity department and party spokesman Narayan Kaji Shrestha expressed the commitment that the party would carry out works addressing the needs of the people after the entire works related to the party unity are concluded.
