Minister Pun urges Russia to invest in hydropower   

Kathmandu, September7 : Minister for Energy, Water Resources and Irrigation, Barshaman Pun, has urged Russia to invest in energy and hydropower sector in Nepal. He reminded that Russia had contributed a lot to Nepal’s infrastructure development in the past, and hoped that the assistance will be continued at present as well.

during a courtesy call paid to him by the Russian Ambassador to Nepal, Alexie A Novikov, Minister Pun further said the friendly relations between the two countries have now spread to people’s level.
