NC President Deuba blames government of turning autocratic.

Bhaktapur, September 6: Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba has blamed the government of turning autocratic.

Addressing a training program organized by the party’s Central Policy, Research and Training Academy in Bhaktapur involving the General Convention representatives of the party today, Congress President Deuba blamed the government of flouting the constitutional provision and strangling the rights of people.
