PM Oli returns home after medical treatment

Kathmandu, September, 6: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli returned home today following his follow-up treatment in Singapore.

PM Oli had left for Singapore on August 22 where he got his follow-up care for his kidney problems at the National University Hospital.

PM was accompanied by his spouse Radhika Shakya, chief political adviser Bishnu Prasad Rimal, personal doctor Dibya Singh Shah and personal secretary Rajesh Bajracharya among others.

He was received by House Speaker Krishna Bahadur Mahara, Deputy PM Ishwor Pokhrel, Home Minister Ram Bd Thapa and Foreign Affairs Minister Pradeep Kumar Gyawali among other at the special section in Tribhuvan International Airport.

Issuing a press note today, PM’s personal doctor Dibya Singh Shah has said that the PM’s health is normal and the Plasmapheresis treatment carried out to remove harmful antibodies in PM’s blood has completed.
