Radio Nepal’s Correspondent Dayal Son Adhikari Dies in Jeep Accident in Saptari today

August 17, Saptari: Radio Nepal’s correspondent Dayalson  Adhikari has died today in a jeep accident at Kanchan Rup municipality 11 in Saptari along the East-West Highway.

According to Deputy Superintendent of Police Mukendra Mishra the accident took place after the jeep heading to Biratnagar from Butwal lost its control. DSP Mishra informed correspondent Adhikari died while being rushed to the hospital for treatment.

Four passengers of the jeep have been injured and they have been referred to Biratnagar for treatment.

Late Adhikari had served radio Nepal as district correspondent of Rupandehi for long. Radio Nepal expresses sorrow over the demise of late Aadhikari.
