London, June 11: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has held a cordial meeting with the British Prince, Harry, at Kensington Palace, London today. Meantime, the PM is scheduled to have bilateral talks with his British counterpart, Theresa May this evening.
Earlier, representatives from ex-Gurkha Soldier Union held talks with PM Oli about the problems being faced by the ex-Gurkhas. They requested the PM to draw the attention of the British government to address their problems.
Today itself, PM Oli addressed Oxford University Union on the theme of peace, democracy, and development as a guest speaker. He said peace, democracy, and development complemented each other and Nepal has emphasized on democracy in its entirety.
PM Oli further stated the unity in diversity that is seen in Nepal is exemplary and it is a significant basis of Nepali civilization.
