President Bhandari offers prayers to Goddess Durga   

Bhaktapur, Arpil 20: President Bidya Devi Bhandari has offered prayers to Goddess Durga at Nawadurga Temple in Bhaktapur today.

She also took the opportunity to observe traditional Nawadurga dance and handicraft exhibition there. Bhaktapur Chapter of Federation of Nepalese Chamber of Commerce and industry (FNCCI) had organized the exhibition on the premises of District Administration Office (DAO) today.  On the occasion, the President also visited Taleju Temple.

She handed over the revolving fund of two million rupees raised by FNCCI Bhaktapur chapter and District Coordination Committee (DCC) to the Goddess Durga Temple to perform traditional Durga dance in a sustainable manner.  (RSS)
